Made for "The Tool Jam 2"

Now free!

This tool is a desktop to do app I made specifically for people with ADHD or people who struggle with executive dysfunction, though it can be enjoyed by everyone, of course! 😉 It uses gamification as a sort of extrinsic motivation. The idea is that, every time you finish a task, you get some experience - enough experience gives you a level up and releases some of that sweet, sweet dopamine. The amount of exp you get depends on your threat level. If writing that pesky email is really hard for you, you get more points. If making your bed is easy for you today, you get a bit less.

Can I try it?
Sure, you can try a free demo in your browser, though saving tasks there is not supported.

How do I save?
It saves automatically, but if you are like me and need some visual feedback, you can press "ctrl/cmd + s" or press your level icon to save manually.

Does this really work?
It does for me. To do apps always helped me to get stuff done and (most importantly) to not forget them. They're mostly really boring though, so I decided to spice things up. But keep in mind that everyone is different, so what works for one person might not work for another.
